BroadWing Tax Info, is a State indirect tax consultancy firm, founded by Mr. Suresh Seraphim (Addl. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Jharkhand (Retd.), and Mr. Vineet Gaurav; Advocate, to assist the state and the general business, for proper understanding, compliance and implementation of the Commercial Taxes Laws, of the State of Jharkhand, including the Allied Corporate Laws, proposed GST Laws, and other Indirect Taxation issues including the solution of impugned tax issues, in the State of Jharkhand.

We intend to provide services to simplify legal and commercial matter to the point so that both State and Business benefit from the existing and erstwhile and fast changing laws and rules of the commercial taxes.

About Us

BroadWing Tax Info has been constituted to provide easy access and understanding the existing and future commercial and tax laws including the proposed GST Laws, which are sometime quite intriguing to the general business.

We are here to provide 'ONE STOP SOLUTIONS' for all Commercial Taxes issues in the State of Jharkhand. We are currently based at Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand

Mr. Suresh Seraphim – Addl. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Jharkhand (Retd.)

Mr. Seraphim has retired from the highest post of the Commercial Taxes department in 2012. During his long 35 years of outstanding services to the state of Jharkhand (including erstwhile Bihar), he has been known for his esteemed academic services, including framing all the existing indirect Tax Acts, Rules, Forms such as:-Jharkhand Value Added Tax laws, Jharkhand Electricity Duty Laws, Jharkhand Professional Tax Laws, Jharkhand Hotel and Luxuries Tax Laws, Jharkhand Entertainment Tax Laws, Jharkhand Advertisement Tax Laws including all the amendments, notifications issued thereof, which helped the state in record tax collections for the State, including wherever and whichever post he was entrusted and incumbent and during those incumbent tenures not only the interest of the State was safeguarded, but also the growth of the industry and trade was taken into positive considerations.

He has also represented in all impugned indirect tax issues before the Honorable Supreme Court, Jharkhand High Court and CST appellate authority new Delhi.

He has also conducted the entire training program for the Department of Commercial Taxes as well as to the Chamber of Commerce and Trade for the smooth transition and implementation of the Value Added Tax system into the state of Jharkhand.

He is also currently directly associated with the implementation of the proposed GST Laws into States of Union of India.

Mr. Vineet Gaurav- Advocate

Vineet has a unique combination of legal, compliance and technology work experience for more than 7 years. After completing his law in 2007, he joined a leading LPO as an associate attorney and moved to the company’s technology department after a year. He closely worked with clients to understand their requirements on projects and helped them in providing customized solutions. He is a law graduate from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, and B.Com from the Calcutta University. In addition to, an IT course from NIIT in managing information system (MIS), he hold a certificate in Cyber law from Asian School of Cyber Laws.

He has worked as Manager- Legal Services and IT at Themis Lexsol Private Limited. His work profile extended to managing legal compliance projects of different companies on an on-going basis, handling contract management, due diligence projects and providing a technology cover for achieving efficiency of work from team members. He used cloud computing based applications to share and collaborate work at a real time basis.

He was recently working at Calcutta Compressions & Liquefaction Engineering Limited, a Natural Gas marketing company in the eastern region with multi-dimensional scope, apart from legal his profile extends to Sales, Commercial, Marketing, HR activities, Tax laws (VAT, Central Excise, Service Tax) matters of the company. He has excellent experience in negotiation, Sales operations, Work Orders, Tender process management, Supply Chain Optimization, Optimal Resource Utilization, Marketing Strategy, Business PR management, Goods Delivery optimization, Cross functional Team building, HR Management, Business expansion strategy and analytics of delivery, sales, process time, infrastructure utilization, market inflation to conversion of results in rate negotiations skills.

Vineet is now a regular practicing Advocate at Bokaro District Court, Jharkhand with matters pertaining to Commercial, Tax and IP laws.
